Delivery Information - 3pm cut off for same day dispatch


  • Basic: Tracked Delivery £2.95
    • Recorded delivery service taking around 1-3 working days.
  • Premium: Fast Trackable Delivery £5.95
    • Delivery aim of next working day, two days max, fully trackable.
  • Priority: Super Fast Trackable Delivery £8.95
    • Delivery aim of next day, 7 days a week, usually Monday – Saturday and are fully trackable once dispatched. You can request a Sunday delivery if ordered Monday – Friday by adding a note to your order.
  • Free Basic Delivery
    • This is option may not provide tracking information and isn’t always insured, delivery usually takes 2-5 days.
    • This service is available to mainland UK addresses on orders above £40. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BT & REMOTE POSTCODES, ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY.

We have a 3pm cut-off for all orders, this allows us to pick, pack and prepare your order ready for collection that day/evening. As we try and dispatch all orders as soon as possible any orders received after 3pm may not be collected until the following day, though we will do our best.

A mobile number and/or email should be provided at the time of ordering for you to receive a text/email notification on dispatch of your parcel. Some of our services offer a second text/email on the day of dispatch with your delivery window and the options for you to change your delivery day, arrange collection from a shop, deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or deliver on a new day.


All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. If you have paid for a delivery service all orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or a number of UK couriers, full tracking information will be given for all orders.

We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.

If for any reason you wish to return an item/order either as unwanted or because you have a problem with it then please use our contact us page: and we will supply you with all the information required to enable you to return the goods back to us. We offer a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period, from the date of you receiving your goods just in case you change your mind. Please check these few simple things before contacting us:

  • Are the batteries fitted correctly ?
  • Have you tried a new set of batteries ?.
  • Is the item unopened & Unused ?
  • Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met:
  • The goods must be unused.
  • The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
  • Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  • Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  • The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
  • Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  • Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.


If you’re out when the parcel arrives, the courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order. Depending on the delivery method chosen you may have to collect the parcel from your local sorting office or maybe you can contact the courier for re-delivery. Either way, full instructions will be given on the card.


Goods are dispatched dependant on their weight, size & value via an International shipping company. Delivery takes 3-5 working days and not all services are trackable, depending on country and courier services.
